For active clients, Policyflow processes lead contact data (name, phone, email) strictly to deliver conversational follow-up and calendar automation on the agency's behalf. Lead data is processed under the client's consent and TCPA opt-in custody, and is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service.

Audit-form submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement and a limited period thereafter for recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your submission data at any time.
